According to CSC, its delivery framework leverages both on-shore and off-shore technical resources as well as in other life insurance software. The application outsourcing services include application maintenance, development and enhancement; implementation and conversion services; upgrades and migrations; help desk; and testing.

This move will reduce our costs and allow us to more effectively manage peak demands for IT services.
