The 2nd China International Service Outsourcing Cooperation Conference was held in Nanjing successfully from 23 to 24 June 2009. The Global Service Outsourcing Summit, Seminar on Chinese Service Outsourcing Policy, Chinese Service Outsourcing Leading & Growing Enterprises and Forum on "Build Dynamic Chinese Service Outsourcing Brand", Seminar of Chinese Economists 50 Forum (Nanjing), Exhibition, China and Overseas Service Outsourcing Business Match-making Meeting and other 10 games with all kinds of activities were held. The 2nd CISOCC is the the highest level, largest scale and most multi-function Event.

(1)The Global Service Outsourcing Summit---International Summit of Service Outsourcing

Taking the global development trend of service outsourcing industry and the challenges and opportunities for the development of China's service outsourcing into consideration, 12 senior executives and professionals from worldwide well-known multinationals and companies engaged in service outsourcing including McKinsey, KPMG, Accenture and Capgemini will brainstorm solutions for China's undertaking transferred outsourcing projects and building the international brand of "Chinese Service".

700 domestic and overseas experts, scholars, senior executives of companies, representatives of government agencies in the field of service outsourcing attend the forum. And over 300 senior executives from 112 overseas service outsourcing companies and 35 Fortune 500 companies make a special trip to attend the conference.

(2)Three symposiums

1. Seminar on Chinese Service Outsourcing Policy--Authoritative platform for issuing state policies for service outsourcing

During the symposium with the theme of introducing and discussing service outsourcing policies, 11 national ministries and commissions responsible for formulating service outsourcing policies and measures, including the Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Finance, State Administration of Taxation, Ministry of Science and Technology, National Development and Reform Commission as well as Ministry of Education, will release and interpret state policies in this regard,  making it a national work meeting on service outsourcing with the most ministry and commission participants.

2. Launching Ceremony of Chinese Service Outsourcing Leading & Growing Enterprises and Forum on "Build Dynamic Chinese Service Outsourcing Brand"--- Authoritative platform for the Chinese service outsourcing leading & growing enterprises.

The China Council for International Investment Promotion (CCIIP) publishes the 10 Leading Companies and Growing Companies in China's Service Outsourcing Industry in 2009, which has been already reviewed and accredited by authoritative international consultative bodies in this regard. 10 companies including iSoftStone Technologies Ltd., Neusoft Corporation and VanceInfo Technologies Inc. are among the list of "Top ten".

3. Seminar of Chinese Economists 50 Forum (Nanjing) ---The most academically authoritative symposium

Major celebrities in China's economics circle including Wu Jinglian, Xu Shanda, Cao Yuanzheng and other famous experts and scholars of China Economists 50 Forum will hold symposiums on the hotspots, focal points and difficulties of the development of China's economy in the context of the international financial crisis as well as the opportunities, prospects and methods of developing service outsourcing.

(3) Matchmaking meeting---remarkable achievements are made, with fruitful results achieved in undertaking projects outsourced and investment cooperation

62 overseas outsourcing companies, taking with them outsourcing projects, hold face-to-face matchmaking discussions with approximately 300 domestic potential contractive companies, resulting in an intentional cooperation investment of USD 260 million in the four categories of cartoon and animation, software, applied technology R&D as well as pharmaceutical R&D and putting up a convenient and effective platform for helping domestic enterprises get access to the international market.

(4)Exhibition---National Service Outsourcing Demonstration City, Chief enterprises were showed.

20 national service outsourcing demonstration Cities and demonstration zones, 202 inside and outside Chief enterprises were showed. The exhibition size was 10,000 square meters. 450 international standard booth, attracted more than 12,000 visitors in two days.
